Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and we will refund your money (less shipping and handling). Please see return policies and guidelines below:
BESHIRVEHALEL, INC. (“We,” “Juvinesse,” the “Company”) will provide a full refund on any Juvinesse beauty device, syringe, facial peel, face lift and cleanser (the “Product(s)”) purchased in one of our retail stores (“Stores”) in the United States within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase. Returns of all opened Products will be assessed a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
Juvinesse will not provide refunds for return requests made more than forty-eight (48) hours from the date of purchase. Juvinesse will also not provide refunds for returned Products that are not in their original packaging, or damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
1 – RETURN PROCEDURE
If you purchased a Product from a Store in the United States and would like to return it, please follow these simple steps:
Residents in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
1. Send your refund request with proof of purchase to members@JUVINESSE.com within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase. Please note that refund requests may only be made through the website and/or this e-mail address. You may not return Products in our Stores.
2. Upon verifying your purchase information, we will send you a shipping label so that you can return your Product to our authorized return center.
3. Safely package the Product in a shipping box, affix our label to the box and ship to the address specified on the label. We will not be liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Juvinesse.
4. Promptly upon receiving your returned Product, Juvinesse will apply your refund, usually within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (if the Product is opened) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Residents outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
Since our Memberships are only sold at physical retail locations in the United States, unfortunately we cannot offer returns and refunds to residents outside the United States.
2 – VIP AND PLATINUM EXCHANGE POLICY
All our Members may exchange their Device pursuant to our Limited Lifetime Warranty for Juvinesse® Beauty Devices.
In addition, if you are a VIP or Platinum Member, you are eligible to exchange your Device once per year following the commencement date of your Membership for a processing fee of $35.00. To do so, send your exchange request with proof of purchase to members@JUVINESSE.com. Please note that exchange requests may only be made through the website and/or this e-mail address. You may not exchange Devices in our Stores. Juvinesse will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and ship you a replacement Device within five (5) and ten (10) business days of receiving the original Device and the processing fee.
3 – REFUSED ORDERS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refused shipments of Juvinesse Products at our Stores or authorized return centers. Returns of Juvinesse Products must be made through our Return Procedure outlined above.
